Recession?Start small business or struggle to find job?

I will graduate on March and I still do not know if there any job for me because of the recession. Oh,I am Malaysian by the way.So, I would like to know if there any kind of business that can be a boom during the recession and uses little money(about RM30k to be exact) to start it?OR I can just forget my dream and continue searching for job?
