Im completely heartbroken...?

Yes I've been there with my ex wife.I tried to help her for a year an a half until I could not take it anymore. Bipolar- skitsofran.it was so hard to see her change and not know who I am....what helped me was I found the most wonderful gal for me to realize that there is so much life left for me to enjoy.I know its hard.I too had 2 kids that I had to take care of...hang in there and plz talk to a therapist ...for your sake and your daughter.
